BOAs are the first friendly faces our patients see when they enter our offices. They are responsible for checking–in patients and scheduling appointments, as well as keeping patient records up–to–date. As a BOA you’ll build positive relationships and communicate information between our patients and the rest of the team. A background in customer service or administration is preferred.

PCCs act as interpreters between dentists and their patients, transforming proposed treatment options into actionable services. PCC‘s use insurance breakdowns and fee schedules to determine the estimated benefits a patient will receive so they get the care they need with the financial flexibility they deserve. As a PCC, you’ll work closely with both front office and clinical staff to ensure patients receive the care they need, are billed appropriately, understand their benefits and understand their treatment plan. A background in customer service, banking, accounting or human resources is preferred.

PASRs help patients get the most from their dental benefits and are responsible for collecting payments and billing insurances. As a PASR, you’ll develop conflict resolution skills and learn to work with insurance companies and Medicaid to ensure claims are filed and payments are received. A background in accounting or banking is preferred.

Dental Depot’s office managers and assistant managers are responsible for ensuring they’re assigned office operates efficiently. These leadership teams oversee daily operations, solve conflicts, provide consistent feedback and guidance for team members, mediate patient concerns and more.

LITs are trained across all positions so they have a better understanding of what each position does and how they work together. This prepares them for becoming a leader in our offices and better equips them to make financial, clinical and human resource decisions.
