Mentorship

Ownership Opportunities
Dr. Glenn Ashmore built the first Dental Depot in Oklahoma City in 1978 with a vision of educating his patients and empowering his doctors. More than four decades later, Dr. Ashmore is still practicing, and, under his leadership and guidance, Dental Depot has grown to more than 30 locations, all of which are owned and operated by doctors who are deeply committed to providing compassionate, common-sense care to the communities they serve.
With two pathways to ownership, Dental Depot offers dentists a unique “middle ground” between the stress of a solo practice and the red tape or assignment rotations of a big corporation. Not only can you practice in a way that makes sense for you and your patients, but you also gain routine access to world-class technology, subject matter experts, and professional support, allowing you to deliver better products, better care, and better outcomes.
An Associate Partnership is a path to ownership with a buy-in incentive. A typical associate partner will have between 2 and 5 years with Dental Depot but may not yet have the financial backing to become a partner-owner.
A Partner Ownership is a partner-centric structure in a doctor-owned and operated company. Typical partner owners will have 5 or more years with Dental Depot or will have entered an accelerated alternative to the associate partner path.
