Shadowing and Assisting for Dental Students
Dental Depot will give dental students the opportunity to shadow different dentists in our network when it fits with their school schedules. We also love for dental students interested in learning more about Dental Depot to spend a summer working as a dental assistant and get paid for it. Many of our successful partner doctors have started with Dental Depot this way and can speak to how this really prepared them to hit the ground running after graduation.

Hygiene Assisting Program
Learn from experienced hygienists and hygiene mentors across our offices and get paid to do it! Dental Depot hires hygiene assistants for the summer with part- and full-time positions available. Learn the flow of a dental clinic and enjoy competitive pay with our hygiene assistant program.
Dental Depot Academy
This 12-week program offers students the opportunity to learn skills and techniques to become successful dental assistants and kickstart their careers. Dental Depot Academy provides students with a detailed education in modern dental assisting practices, complete with hands-on training from practicing dental professionals in Dental Depot practices. If you’re looking for a great career as a dental assistant, you’re in the right place.

What Our Employees Say

Dental Depot offers a ton of support for new doctors both with the mentoring program and with behind the scenes support that you get from all of our doctors. You have a lot of confidence to grow.
Dr. Austin Keaster, Mentor & Partner-Owner at Dental Depot West OKC (Reno)

I feel like Dental Depot isn’t a typical DSO, by any standpoint. When I think of Dental Depot, I think of community and family. We are a DSO, that’s what we are, but at the end of the day, we’re a family practice and we care about the patients. I don’t think a lot of other DSOs kind of have that same mindset.
Dr. Scott Kooken, Partner-Owner at Dental Depot Tulsa Hills

My most important job is being a mom. I get to go home at night and truly be a mom to my two girls and not worry about what is going on in the office. I just get to show up do what I love do, dentistry, and then get to go home.
