Training & Development
Dental Depot University
Front office employees attend a comprehensive new-hire training to cover topics such as patient interaction, insurance verification, and treatment planning, while dental assistants, hygiene assistants, and orthodontics assistants attend Dental Depot University for clinical training and the skills needed for patient-focused care.


Management Acclimation Program
The Management Acclimation Program (MAP) is our leadership development training that equips emerging leaders with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage teams. It consists of practical hands-on training provided in an office setting. The program includes a focus on various business tasks, such as managing generational diversity in the workplace, business development, and leadership skills, and includes on-going training and career development for Leaders-In-Training, Assistant Office Managers and Office Managers.
Doctor Mentorship Program
As one of the largest truly doctor-owned groups in the country, we know what it takes for doctors to succeed. Each of our new dentists is assigned a mentor to assist in fine-tuning skill sets through the Doctor Mentorship Program. The program focuses on clinical excellence, practice management, and leadership skills and includes shadowing, policy and systems training, clinical training support, and more.
